BeOne Medicines will showcase its advancing solid tumor portfolio at the ESMO Congress 2026, taking place in Madrid from October 23-27. The company's presentations will highlight a diverse range of targeted therapies and new data supporting TEVIMBRA, a cornerstone asset.
Key pipeline data to be presented includes an oral presentation on BeOne's GPC3x4-1BB bispecific antibody for hepatocellular carcinoma. First-in-human data will also be revealed for two investigational lung cancer assets: a CEA targeting antibody-drug conjugate and a PRMT5 inhibitor.
Furthermore, BeOne will present trial-in-progress data for its CDK4 inhibitor in front-line metastatic HR+/HER2-negative breast cancer. This includes the KANDELA-302 study, comparing the drug with existing CDK4/6 inhibitors.
The congress will also feature a late-breaking presentation on TEVIMBRA in combination with ZIIHERA for HER2+ gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, based on the HERIZON-GEA-01 trial. Additional abstracts will provide further characterization of TEVIMBRA across lung and gastrointestinal cancers.
These presentations underscore BeOne's commitment to rapidly advancing its pipeline and reinforcing the evidence base for its therapeutic candidates across multiple major cancer types.
