Breast Cancer Survivor Nicole Eggert Embraces New Lease on Life

In September 2025, former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert, 53, is celebrating a major milestone in her breast cancer journey. Eggert, who was diagnosed with stage 2 cribriform carcinoma in late 2023, has undergone a second mastectomy and reconstruction surgery, with her latest pathology reports coming back clear.

Eggert is overjoyed with the results, telling the New York Post that she "just had my second mastectomy, and I had reconstruction, and my pathology reports came back clear." One of the perks, she says, is that she "get[s] to wear really small bras, and I'm really happy with my boobs." Her doctor, Eggert adds, gave her "the cutest little boobs, and I'm healthy, and all my reports are clear."

The actress, who is a mother of two, admits that her cancer journey has not been easy. "I think looking at death is a really hard thing to do, and I never thought that I would be doing that," she shared. However, Eggert has emerged from the experience with a renewed appreciation for life. "Enjoy your life. Get at it. Quit being afraid, quit living in fear, and live to the fullest every day, all the time," she advises.
