Montana Wolf 1478F Illegally Killed Near Yellowstone

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is investigating the suspected poaching of a prominent wolf, identified as 1478F, near Yellowstone National Park. The incident reportedly occurred on December 25, just north of the park, within a management area closed to hunting.
