This monumental event was recognized by Guinness World Records for the most locations simultaneously organizing an environmental awareness walk. A record 1,774,268 participants contributed over 10 billion steps across 34 provinces and cities and nearly 3,000 local administrative units.
Speeches during the Hanoi ceremony emphasized public health, national unity, and the adoption of a "green" lifestyle. The spirit of unity was highlighted as key to this remarkable achievement, showcasing civic participation even amidst varied local contexts and weather conditions.
