Furthermore, the tribunal dismissed the appellant's assertion of not having received the cancellation order, noting that communications were served via registered post, email, and public portal. The appeal was filed well beyond the 30-day window for challenging the subsequent rejection of the restoration plea, despite an opportunity granted by the tribunal.
