The project, executed under a public-private partnership, aims to formalize waste handling and ensure scientific management from collection to disposal. It includes a comprehensive surveillance mechanism with continuous patrolling to prevent illegal dumping and ensure timely cleaning.
To enhance accountability, a central control and command center will monitor operations in real-time, tracking collection vehicles and enabling swift interventions. A dedicated helpline will also be available for public grievances.
