The resort will also feature therapeutic treatments utilizing White Sea water and algae.
Construction of the Termal-Kem resort is progressing following an agreement signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. This new development in Russia's Arctic Zone is projected to accommodate up to 1,700 guests and represents a private investment exceeding 3 billion rubles. Its strategic location near UNESCO World Heritage Sites promises significant appeal to visitors seeking both nature and wellness.
The resort's facilities will include a 600-room hotel, a SPA, a restaurant, and a congress hall. For recreation, guests can anticipate motorcycle and ski trails, hiking paths, a climbing wall, and a rope park. Seasonal activities like kayaking in summer and ice diving in winter will also be available, catering to a wide range of tourist interests.
