Grant sought to clear creek for better kayak access

Passaic County officials are seeking federal funds to remove a wooden bulkhead from Belcher's Creek, a vital tributary feeding Greenwood Lake in West Milford. The goal is to facilitate a new dock for improved kayak access and enhance overall water quality.
