Data from the Central Pollution Control Board revealed that out of all monitoring stations, 30 reported 'very poor' air quality, while eight fell into the 'poor' category. Jahangirpuri was identified as the most polluted area, with an AQI of 390.
The weather conditions offered little respite as the city experienced cold temperatures. The minimum temperature recorded at Safdarjung was 7.2 degrees Celsius, with other stations noting similar low readings. A maximum temperature of around 24 degrees Celsius is anticipated, accompanied by moderate fog.
