Following a recent report detailing the adverse effects of garbage dumping near a school in J.C. Nagar, authorities have taken action. This action was prompted by the newspaper's coverage of students and teachers enduring foul smells.
In response to the issue, the Minister for School Education and Literacy has intervened. The minister emphasized the health risks to children, including potential illnesses from waste odors and rat infestations.
