- Volunteers conduct door-to-door campaigns and distribute informational pamphlets.
- Initiative now covers Pandeshwar, Port, Cantonment, and Attavar wards starting January 1.

Effective January 1, the Amba Maheshwari Trust has broadened its 'Awake Kudla' initiative, now encompassing Pandeshwar, Port, Cantonment, and Attavar wards. This expansion signifies a significant step in addressing waste management and traffic concerns across more areas.
Trust members have actively engaged with communities by visiting homes to understand household waste disposal practices and traffic challenges. They distributed informational pamphlets and contact cards, fostering community participation in the 'Awake Kudla' concept.
This initiative builds upon the Trust's prior success, which began three years ago in Mangaladevi, Hoige Bazar, and Bolar wards. The program now systematically collects and segregates waste from numerous houses for proper disposal, aiming for a cleaner and more organized urban environment.
