XLRI Jamshedpur, India's oldest management school, has officially established the XLRI Centre for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (XCITE). This dedicated Rural Business Incubation Centre has been made possible through a significant grant from the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). XCITE is designed to stimulate high-impact entrepreneurship in rural and semi-rural regions across India, focusing on agribusiness and related non-farm sectors with strong growth potential.

The Centre will serve entrepreneurs from 12 states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, and the eight North-Eastern states.
