UPSC CDS 2 Exam 2026: Key Dates Announced!

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the examination date for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 exam. This crucial recruitment exam is slated to take place on September 13, 2026. The CDS exam, conducted biannually, aims to enlist officers for the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Officers' Training Academy.

This year, the commission has opened 451 vacancies across various prestigious institutions, including the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers' Training Academy. The examination papers for English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics will be administered on September 13 across different time slots.

Eligible candidates are advised that their e-admit cards will be accessible for download on the commission's official portal, upsconline.nic.in. Importantly, entry to the exam venue will be permitted only up to 30 minutes before each session commences, with no exceptions for latecomers.
