The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPMSP) has announced the schedule for the 2026 Class 12 practical examinations. These crucial assessments will be conducted across the state in two distinct phases to ensure a smooth process for students and examiners. Planning for these exams is now facilitated by the advance release of the schedule.
The first phase of practical examinations is slated to begin on January 24 and conclude on February 01, 2026. However, a temporary halt is placed on January 29 and 30, as these dates are reserved for the UP TET written examination. Schools are strictly directed to observe academic holidays and avoid scheduling any other exams during this period.
Following the first phase, the second phase of practical examinations will commence on February 02 and extend until February 09, 2026, covering the remaining districts. To ensure accountability, principals will oversee these examinations under continuous CCTV surveillance, with recordings to be preserved. Private candidates should coordinate with their forwarding centers for exam participation.
