The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is anticipated to declare the Class 10 and Class 12 examination results for 2026 between April 25 and April 28. This announcement will bring closure for over 52 lakh students who participated in the board examinations.
The UP Board, renowned as one of Asia's most extensive school examination systems, meticulously conducted its exams earlier this year. The timeline for result declaration aligns with the recent completion of the comprehensive evaluation and verification processes in early April.
These crucial board examinations commenced on February 18 and concluded on March 12, covering numerous centers across the state. An immense task involving the evaluation of over 2.7 crore answer sheets by more than 1.5 lakh examiners was successfully completed.
Students can access their scorecards online through official UPMSP portals, DigiLocker, and UMANG. A minimum of 33% marks in each subject is mandated for students to pass. The board will also release a merit list, district-wise performance data, and the overall pass percentage.
For Class 10 students, these results signify a transition to higher secondary education. Class 12 students will proceed with applications for higher education courses. Those not passing specific subjects can avail the opportunity of compartment examinations.
