The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the provisional answer key for the UGC NET June 2026 examination, covering 84 subjects. Candidates who participated in the June session can view their recorded responses alongside the provisional answer key on the official UGC NET website.
The objection period commenced on August 16, 2026, and will conclude on August 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question is mandated for submitting challenges. This fee will be fully reimbursed if the subject experts accept the submitted objection.
NTA has noted that corrections based on accepted challenges will be applied universally to all candidates for that particular subject. Therefore, duplicate challenges are unnecessary. The final answer key will be determined after all objections are reviewed. No further grievances regarding the answer key will be entertained after the challenge window closes or the results are announced.
