The Suryadatta Group of Institutes celebrated its 28th foundation day with the Suryadatta National Lifetime Achievement Awards and Suryadatta National Awards ceremony.
Former Chief Justice of India Uday U. Lalit stated that recognizing individuals from varied fields like arts, sports, and science on a single platform fosters social enlightenment. This multidimensional approach, he noted, is deeply inspiring.
The event, held in Baner, Pune, saw Padma Shri Acharya Dr Chandnaji Maharaj receive the 'Suryadatta Global Peace Gandhian Philosophy Award 2026.' Lifetime achievement awards were presented to former CJI Uday Lalit, actor Ashok Saraf, and several other distinguished personalities from diverse professions.
Additional accolades included the Suryadatta National Awards, Young Achiever Awards, and Little Master National Awards, honouring contributions in fields ranging from yoga and chess to space science and social activism.
Prof. Dr Sanjay B. Chordiya, Founder & Chairman of Suryadatta Group, reiterated the institute's commitment to holistic development and value-based education, introducing role models to students.
Former CJI Lalit also spoke about self-belief and hard work being key to success for the youth, while highlighting the importance of nurturing India's significant young population.
