Now, Shahida is concurrently appearing for her Class 12 general stream board exams, with her elder daughter, Zubiya, taking the Class 10 exams. Shahida aspires to complete a Primary Teacher's Certificate (PTC) and later a Bachelor of Education (BEd) to secure independent employment.
Despite personal struggles, including a court battle for maintenance and limited contact with her daughters, Shahida is supported by her father. Her aunt connected her with Naresh Mehta, a municipal school principal offering free online classes to women resuming their education, enabling Shahida to prepare for her exams.
