Eligible candidates can apply for Junior Engineer posts in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Telecom disciplines, as well as Scientific Assistant roles in the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Educational qualifications vary, generally requiring a degree or diploma in a relevant engineering field, with some posts needing prior work experience. The crucial date for age determination is August 1, 2026, with age limits set at 30 or 32 years, subject to relaxation for reserved categories.
The application fee is set at Rs 100, payable online, with exemptions for women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates. The examination will consist of two papers conducted via computer-based test.
