SSC Exam Leaked: Seven Teachers Suspended

Seven government teachers from Nizamabad district faced suspension on Wednesday as the Class 10 SSC examinations were underway across Telangana. The alleged leak involved the Hindi and Telugu second language papers, with reports indicating the documents were shared through WhatsApp. The incidents occurred at two examination centers: zilla parishad high schools in Aloor and Mendora. Officials stated that the papers went viral on social media during the examination period. Initial investigations suggest the teachers may have attempted to aid students, possibly without monetary gain. Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) under the Telangana Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractice and Unfair Means) Act, 1997. Authorities are continuing to investigate the full extent of the malpractice and any potential involvement in passing answers to students. The director of government exams confirmed the matter was brought to light after the Telugu question paper was observed circulating on social media.
