The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2026. This announcement includes the release of merit lists and cut-off marks for candidates recommended for Group B and C posts.
A total of 15,118 candidates have been recommended based on the Tier 2 examination, which served as the final merit list for selection. This recruitment drive aims to fill 13,9395 vacancies across various government departments.
The commission has also published the schedule for the crucial sliding process. Candidates will have the opportunity to indicate their preferences from April 8 to April 10, 2026.
The sliding process itself will commence on April 13, running until April 22 in the Northern Region and concluding by April 18 in other regional offices.
Information regarding scorecards, detailing subject-wise marks for the Tier 2 examination, will be released shortly on the official website. The SSC employs a normalization process to ensure fairness in evaluating raw scores across different examination shifts.
