The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 3 schedule. This crucial phase determines admissions to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses across various Indian institutions. Registration for this round is now open until January 26, 2026. The choice filling window is from January 16 to January 26, 2026, with choice locking available on January 26.
In a significant move, the National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences has substantially lowered the minimum qualifying percentile for NEET PG 2025. This adjustment aims to increase candidate eligibility and ensure better seat utilization for the academic year 2025-26. The Round 3 counselling will facilitate admissions to 50 percent of All India Quota seats and all seats in deemed, central, and Armed Forces Medical Services institutions.
The seat allotment result for Round 3 is scheduled for declaration on January 29, 2026. Successful candidates must report to their allotted colleges with all original documents between January 30 and February 6, 2026, to finalize their admissions. Aspirants are urged to monitor the official MCC website for further updates and deadlines.
