Official guidelines specify that video submissions must be between 60 and 90 seconds, feature clear audio, and display the participant's face throughout without any background music. The use of artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
This competition offers a unique platform for students to exhibit their poetry recitation abilities. The top 10 participants will be recognized with a Certificate of Excellence, while all valid entries will receive participation certificates. Participation in the festival is free for all eligible students.
