The Indian Army's highly competitive TES-55 recruitment for 2025 is set to close today, November 13, 2025. The scheme offers 90 vacancies for unmarried male candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and appeared in the JEE Main 2025 examination.
The selection process is based on shortlisting through JEE Main scores and 12th marks, followed by an SSB interview and medical examination. Successful candidates will undergo four years of training, including three years of academic and one year of military training, during which they will receive an engineering degree. Upon completion, they will be commissioned as Lieutenants with a permanent commission in the Indian Army.
During the training period, the selected cadets will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 56,100. After commissioning, the officers will be entitled to a cost-to-company (CTC) package of approximately Rs 17-18 lakh annually, with a Level 10 salary structure.
