ICAI Launches Massive CA Placement Drive

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has commenced its 65th Campus Placement Program, attracting over 6,300 candidates who recently passed the CA Final exam in May 2026. This significant placement drive is designed to provide a structured platform for newly qualified chartered accountants to secure employment with leading organizations.
The program includes two phases of interviews, with Phase 1 scheduled from August 3-17, 2026, across major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. Phase 2 will take place on September 21-25, 2026, covering additional locations. Seventy-eight organizations have confirmed participation in the first phase, offering 5,339 positions.
Employers from various industries, including finance, audit, taxation, consulting, and information technology, will be recruiting. The ICAI is anticipating this drive to be one of its largest, building on the success of the previous year's program where 183 organizations offered jobs to 2,570 candidates. The average salary package in the prior year was ₹13 lakh, with the highest reaching ₹27.50 lakh.
