The 19th Graduation Day ceremony for the Cauvery and St. Alphonsa Institutions saw over 480 students from various healthcare disciplines complete their studies. The event celebrated graduates in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, and Pharmacy programs.
A total of 60 distinguished students were honored with cash prizes, medals, and special awards, recognizing their outstanding academic performance and dedication.
During the convocation address, MP C.N. Manjunath underscored the vital role of a patient-centered approach in healthcare. He advised graduates that compassion is as crucial as clinical expertise in providing holistic patient care.
Former Vice-Chancellor K.S. Rangappa encouraged the graduates to uphold discipline throughout their careers. He also emphasized the indispensable role of research in driving medical advancements and ultimately saving lives.
G.R. Chandrashekar, chairman of the Cauvery Group of Institutions, presided over the successful ceremony.
