The application deadline for the Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering (GATE) 2027 is rapidly approaching, with the registration window set to close tomorrow, September 27, 2026. Following the closure of the initial registration, a late fee of Rs 500 will be implemented for subsequent applications.
The GATE 2027 examination, organized by IIT Madras, is scheduled to take place across multiple dates in February 2026: the 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st. The application fee structure differentiates based on candidate category, requiring Rs 1,000 from female candidates and those belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories.
