Eligibility for the free sessions extends to individuals aged 19 and above, provided their annual income does not exceed £25,000. For those earning more than this threshold, a fee will apply. The council is hosting these valuable sessions in Beverley, Bridlington, Cottingham, Goole, and Withernsea.
