A Delhi University student's recent LinkedIn post about the "art of not caring" among professors has gone viral, shining a light on the ongoing issues plaguing the university's campus. Sunanya Juneja, a BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology student with a minor in Management at Ramanujan College, recounted a frustrating experience that left her feeling drained emotionally, financially, and mentally.
Juneja's post detailed how she had to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi, arriving at college by 2 PM, only to wait until 3 PM for her class to begin. The class then ran until 5 PM, at which point she had a scheduled test. However, the professor showed up 30 minutes late, citing his own commute from Sonipat as an excuse. To make matters worse, the professor did not even conduct the test, simply taking attendance and postponing it to the next session.
