The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the application period for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduates (CUET-PG) 2026. Aspiring students can submit their applications via the official NTA portal until January 14, 2026. Following this, a brief correction window will be available. The computer-based tests are slated for conduct in the coming months nationwide.
Madhya Pradesh's Higher Education Department has officially adopted the CUET-PG, aligning with the National Education Policy 2020's objective for a unified higher education entrance platform. This move abandons individual university entrance examinations, establishing a centralized merit list for admissions to a wide array of courses.
The CUET-PG, a standardized national testing initiative, has seen increasing adoption by various universities. Madhya Pradesh's full-scale integration signifies a growing trend towards standardized admissions, simplifying the process for students seeking postgraduate opportunities across diverse fields.
