Summary
- Initiative reached over 110,000 children and 397 educators in India.
- Focus on foundational learning and hands-on STEM education for adolescents.
- Collaboration active across Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, and Tamil Nadu.

Since its launch in December 2024, the BMW Group and UNICEF's global BRIDGE partnership has significantly impacted India's education landscape. The initiative has reached approximately 110,216 children and 397 educators across multiple states by strengthening foundational learning and expanding access to hands-on STEM education.
The long-term collaboration, extending to 2030, supports state governments in fostering future-ready skills. In India, it employs a dual approach: improving early-grade literacy and numeracy, and broadening practical STEM learning for adolescents.
Active in Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, and Tamil Nadu, the program establishes inclusive STEM environments. This is achieved through teacher training, low-cost maker spaces, STEM kits, and new science labs in underserved schools.
