Assam NEET PG 2026: Round 3 Counselling Dates Announced

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has released a revised schedule for the third round of NEET PG 2026 counselling. This counselling is for filling vacant postgraduate medical seats under the Assam State Quota for the 2025 session.
Eligible candidates, who appeared for NEET PG 2025 and meet the NBE's revised cut-off score, can register online from January 27 to January 29, 2026. This process was previously postponed but will now proceed as per the new timeline.
The online choice filling window will be open from January 30 to February 2, 2026, with choice locking on February 2. Seat allotment processing is scheduled from February 3 to February 4, and provisional results will be declared on February 7, 2026.
Candidates who are allotted seats must report to their respective institutions for admission between February 11 and February 12, 2026. Regular checking of the DME Assam website is advised for any further updates.
