Calls to authorities were made, and the mayor visited the complex, confirming residents' inability to exit their homes.
Snow clearing efforts began around 10 a.m. Tuesday, with landscapers and local help finally removing the snow. The mayor stated that while the town's ability to intervene on private property is limited, they intend to discuss snow removal protocols with the property owner. Residents expressed relief but also voiced concerns about the lack of preparedness and empathy during the storm.
