Officials discovered the first victim, a young male, around 5:00 PM local time on Friday. Subsequent searches on Friday and Saturday led to the discovery of the remaining four family members, all deceased. The couple's daughter, who was not part of the hiking excursion, is the only surviving member of the immediate family, facing a life irrevocably altered by this sudden loss.
