A tragic road accident near Durauli village in Kanpur's Ghatampur area resulted in the deaths of two men late Monday night. The incident occurred around midnight as a motorcycle, reportedly traveling at high speed from the Gajner direction, lost control on a sharp curve.
The motorcycle collided with a tree, and the impact threw both riders into nearby fields. Emergency services, including the PRV team, arrived quickly after being alerted.
First responders transported the injured individuals to CHC Gajner for immediate medical attention. Despite efforts, doctors pronounced Kailash, son of Ramkesh Pal, and Chhotu, son of Raju Pal, both residents of Bamrauli Ghat village, dead.
Authorities notified the families of the deceased. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination. The Reuna police station confirmed that the Gajner police are handling the formalities and are in possession of all incident details.
