Young Man Electrocuted Moving Furniture in Trichy

A fatal electrocution incident took place on Thursday near Marakkadai in Trichy, claiming the life of 21-year-old J Sardar Khan. The tragedy occurred as Khan was assisting his brother, Amir Khan, in relocating household items to their new residence in Jeeva Nagar.
While using a rope to transfer furniture from the ground floor to the first-floor balcony, Sardar Khan inadvertently touched a live electrical cable. The proximity of the cable to the house led to the immediate electrocution of Khan.
Emergency services were alerted, and efforts were made to save him. However, he was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to MGMGH Trichy. The Trichy Fort police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
