On November 5, 2025, a devastating accident occurred in Nuh's Firozpur Jhirka, where a family of four was killed when a truck collided with their motorcycle. The victims, identified as Tashreef (40), his wife Sahuni (35), and their sons Ehsan (15) and Arsan (10), were residents of Sukhpuri village.
The family was traveling to Biwan, Sahuni's village, to visit relatives when the accident took place. Eyewitnesses reported that the truck, which was coming from the opposite direction, was speeding and lost control, veering into the wrong lane and colliding head-on with the motorcycle. The impact was so severe that all four family members were thrown from the bike and died instantly.
A large crowd quickly gathered at the scene, with locals attempting to assist before the police arrived. Authorities from the City Firozpur Jhirka police station, along with forensic experts, reached the site and began their investigation. The bodies were sent to Alfiya Mandikheda General Hospital for postmortem examination.
While the truck involved in the accident has been seized, the driver managed to escape. Police have registered a case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and deployed teams to trace the absconding driver. The tragic incident has cast a shadow of grief over Sukhpuri village, with relatives and neighbors gathering at the victims' home to offer condolences to the bereaved family.
