Three friends tragically lost their lives late on Sunday night following a severe motorcycle accident in the Banda district. The incident occurred near Kalyanpur village within the Fatehganj police station area, sending shockwaves through the local community.
The victims, identified as Rajababu (35), Arjun (35), and Dhirendra Dwivedi (27), all residents of Chitrakoot district, were traveling together on a single motorcycle. According to reports, the driver lost control after the bike struck an animal tethering post, leading to a subsequent collision with a tree.
Emergency services were alerted by villagers, and police arrived to transport the injured to Naraini CHC. Rajababu and Dhirendra were pronounced dead at the local facility, while Arjun was transferred to Rani Durgavati Medical College, where he later passed away. Investigations into the exact cause of the crash are ongoing.
