Two separate incidents caused alarm among the large crowds attending the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Good Friday, April 4th, 2026. The first occurred during a motocross stunt show where rider Zac Cuthbert crashed heavily, resulting in a broken tibia. Paramedics treated Cuthbert at the scene, and the show was briefly halted.
Earlier in the day, a harness racing event saw a horse become distressed and its cart overturn.
