A serious three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Neighbors Boulevard and 15th Avenue in Blythe resulted in six people being hospitalized on Sunday. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. Riverside County firefighters reported that seven patients were involved.
Two individuals sustained serious injuries and were airlifted to medical facilities. Four others, with minor to moderate injuries, were transported by ground ambulances. A seventh patient was evaluated by paramedics but declined further treatment. The California Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash.
