Simultaneously, Nepal is bracing for significant rainfall predicted between September 24 and 27. The Nepal Meteorological Department forecasts heavy to very heavy rain in Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, warning of potential flooding, inundation, soil erosion, and landslides.
