Toronto police are investigating a suspected act of arson that occurred early Sunday morning at an auto repair shop in Scarborough. Officers were dispatched to the commercial property located near Kennedy Road and Ellesmere Road around 5:05 a.m. following reports of several vehicles engulfed in flames. Fire crews arrived on the scene and successfully extinguished the blaze by 5:20 a.m. Four vehicles sustained damage as a result of the fire. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident. Firefighters remained at the scene to monitor for any flare-ups.
