RSS Pracharak and Wife Killed in Sagar District Motorcycle Accident

On October 9th, 2025, a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) pracharak and his wife were killed in a horrific motorcycle accident in Sagar district, Madhya Pradesh. The victims were identified as Ashok Dubey, 45, a government school teacher, and his wife Radha Dubey.

The couple was returning to their native village of Naharmau from Sagar, where they had gone to meet their children, when the tragic incident occurred. As they were riding on National Highway 44 near Surkhi, a speeding dumper truck coming from the opposite direction hit their motorcycle with great force. The impact threw the couple onto the road, and the dumper then ran over them.

The accident was so severe that Radha Dubey's head and legs were severed, while her husband was crushed beneath the wheels. Both died on the spot. Surkhi police reached the scene shortly after and sent the bodies for post-mortem. The dumper has been seized, and efforts are underway to trace the absconding driver.

According to acquaintances, the couple had performed Karva Chauth rituals the previous day and were returning to their village on the morning of the accident.
