Tractor Tragedy: Youth Falls to Death During Ganapati Immersion

A 20-year-old identified as Vighnesh Santosh Pawar tragically lost his life on Friday evening on BT Kawade Road in Pune. The incident occurred as Pawar was returning from a Ganapati immersion ceremony. He fell beneath the wheels of a tractor-trolley while attempting to board the moving vehicle with two friends.
Despite efforts to rush him to Sassoon Hospital, doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival. According to police, the tractor driver was unaware of the situation, and Pawar was not associated with the mandal whose tractor they were trying to board. Authorities have secured CCTV footage of the accident and have registered an accidental death report.
