Tragic Pataudi Accident: Truck Kills Woman, Critically Injures Couple

A tragic road accident near Khandewla Mor in Pataudi on Thursday morning claimed the life of a 50-year-old woman, identified as Rekha. She died instantly when a speeding truck struck the motorcycle she was riding on the back.
The motorcycle was carrying Rekha's son, Jag Parvesh, 26, and his pregnant wife, Pammi, 24. The couple sustained critical injuries in the collision. Pammi had begun experiencing contractions, prompting Parvesh to take her to a private hospital in Pataudi on their motorcycle.
Locals and commuters quickly arranged for ambulances to transport the injured couple to the government hospital. Meanwhile, the truck driver, Mohammad Fahim, from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, fled the scene but was later traced and arrested a few kilometers away.
An FIR has been filed against the truck driver at the Pataudi police station. Charges include causing death by negligence and rash driving under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
