Two Canadian mothers and a four-year-old girl endured a harrowing ordeal when two American Bulldogs violently attacked them outside a neighbor's townhouse in Oshawa.
Kayla Silva and her daughter Ryleigh were visiting friend Tejanna Desiree on January 13 when the neighbor's dogs charged out, immediately attacking Ryleigh and then Silva as she intervened.
Desiree rushed to help, attempting to fend off the aggressive dogs, but sustained bites herself. Both Ryleigh and Desiree were hospitalized, with Ryleigh requiring eight stitches for deep facial lacerations near her eye.
