Emergency personnel, including the Gibraltar Fire Department and Door County Emergency Services, responded to the scene. Stork was recovered from the water and brought ashore, where attempts were made to revive him. He was then transported to a local hospital.
Tragically, Stork was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Door County Sheriff's Office and Gibraltar Police Department indicated that the investigation into this incident is now closed, confirming drowning as the cause of death.
