A tragic incident unfolded in Noida where a 32-year-old man, Krishna Singh, died and his 30-year-old friend, Sundar Singh, was critically injured. The two were returning home on a motorcycle when it allegedly struck a pole approximately 25 metres from a farm tubewell.
Locals discovered the injured men and transported them to a hospital, where Krishna was pronounced dead. Sundar was admitted to the ICU in critical condition. Police discovered several liquor bottles and chips packets at the tubewell, fueling speculation of an accident.
However, Krishna's family has voiced suspicions of foul play, alleging that an argument during their drinking session led to Krishna's death. While a formal complaint is yet to be lodged, police have sent a forensic team to the accident spot to gather evidence for a thorough investigation.
