Mumbai Music Event: Man Dies After Excessive Alcohol

A 35-year-old man tragically passed away in the early hours of Sunday following alleged excessive alcohol consumption at a music event in Mumbai. A woman who was also at the 'Klangkuenstler All Night Long' show at the NSCI Dome in Worli was hospitalized for similar reasons and is currently recuperating.

Both individuals reportedly consumed large quantities of alcohol, including cocktails, during the event before complaining of health issues. The man was rushed to Breach Candy Hospital where he was declared deceased. While preliminary findings point to dehydration as a possible contributing factor, the exact cause of death is under investigation.

The Tardeo police have initiated an Accidental Death Report (ADR) to thoroughly probe the circumstances surrounding the incident. This event follows a similar tragedy in April, where two MBA students died at a Mumbai concert, allegedly due to a drug overdose, leading to several arrests.
