Mumbai Cabbie's Life Ends in Tragic Hit-and-Run

A tragic hit-and-run incident in Mumbai's Aarey Colony has resulted in the death of a 68-year-old cab driver, Mazrul Khan. The incident occurred on June 24, when Khan was standing next to his cab on the Aarey-Powai Road.
According to reports, a speeding tempo driven by Dharmendra Yadav struck Khan, causing severe injuries to his lower back. Khan, who had managed to note the tempo's registration number, informed his son, Iztekhar, about the accident. Iztekhar, also a cab driver, rushed to the scene and later admitted his father to Jogeshwari Trauma Care Hospital.
Sadly, Mazrul Khan passed away from his injuries on the same day he was admitted. Following the incident, Aarey Colony Police registered a case against Dharmendra Yadav for rash driving and negligence. The investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing.
